Peripheral Water Pump Description
The new peripheral water pump is optimized based on the original
pump, which is a new design, beautiful, economical, safe, reliable,
and easy to use. 100% copper coil, silicon steel stator, stainless
steel rotor shaft, not easy to rust, long service life. Ceramic
mechanical seals, peripheral impellers made of brass, and several
radial blades at the end of the impeller. They are uniquely
designed to provide more energy for the pumped liquid. In addition,
the special shaping of the blades creates a rapid radial recovery
movement of fluid between the blades of the impeller and the pump
body.
The vortex water pump casing is produced using a special machine
tool to ensure that the bearings, shaft, and pump casing are
concentric, providing better reliability and maintainability. The
clean water pump is a high lift, small size, low power consumption,
easy to use and maintain.
Peripheral Water Pump Application
(1) Applicable to urban environmental protection, construction,
fire protection, chemical, pharmaceutical, dye, printing and
dyeing, brewing, electric power, electroplating, paper making, Oil,
mine, equipment cooling, oil tanker unloading, etc.
(2) Applicable to clean water, seawater, and chemical medium liquid
with acidity and alkalinity and slurry with general paste (medium
viscosity ≤100 centipoises, solid content up to 30% or less).
(3) Install the rocker-type sprinkler, and then spray the water
into the air, then spray it into small raindrops, which are farms,
nurseries, orchards. Good equipment for tea gardens.
(4) It can be used with any type and specification of filter press,
and the slurry is sent to the filter machine for pressure
filtration.

Peripheral Water Pump Use Precautions:
Before preparing to install the pump, first check whether the
firmware of each part is loose or not. There is no foreign matter
jam in the pump flow path to avoid the situation that it cannot be
cleaned after the later installation. Next, check the water source
and water level before use. For the pump to work properly, you
should install it in a covered area or a closed environment. Avoid
using pumped water or non-corrosive liquids, and no sand or other
solid impurities.
